2	BEGONE! THOT! I always thought this seemed so absurd. The building would need to be fairly small for the owner to also be the manager and rent collector, and the margins on a 4-unit building (i.e. easily ownable by one person) generally only come from the last 1 or maybe 2 units. Can't imagine any reasonable businessperson saying "I'm going to regularly forego the only money I make from this venture to have sex with a stranger once."
