12	Woman accused sailor of rape. NCIS is now investigating her for falsifying reports. This happens far too often. My first 6 months in the fleet a female Marine accused a buddy of mine of raping her at a barracks party he wasn’t even at. Sadly because she was tiny and this dude was a big black dude, they didn’t even ATTEMPT to find evidence before throwing him in the brig for 6 months and then dishonorably discharging him.
