1	Men don't "fetishize" Asian women. In fact, women (even Asian women) tend to be disproportionately interested in white men. from my expreience usually when people talk about fetishising asians it's the stereotype that they are demure and subservient as a characteristic which is not spefically sexual trait and so would seem to me to fit the broad description of fetish, but if you really want to get into it you'd be better off posting on the /r/linguistics subreddit about prescriptivism vs descriptivism wrt how the word fetish is used.
