In my case, I intend to see women applying for junior positions who are in fact qualified for our senior positions. I will admit I've seen some buffed resumes among women but in each case it was due to current male employees trying to get jobs for their spouses for immigration reasons. I find that in general women are less willing to exaggerate on their resumes than men so they are being filtered out before the interview. I've interviewed a bunch of women that were more qualified than their resumes made them appear and equal to the other candidates with better resumes. 1	Loius CK, RP comedian? I think I'm referring to the current Louie show. I watched it on Netflix so I don't know if it's FX or not but I'm pretty sure it's recent. I'm reacting to the episodes in the first season where he keeps going after this woman from his kid's school who's obviously not into him. I kept yelling at the screen for him to grow a pair and find someone else. Better to be alone than to deal with that shit from any woman. 3	Loius CK, RP comedian? I'm not sure I disagree with you, but what do you think the media's vested interest is in keeping role models BP? I tend to think that the media follows demand, rather than creates it to I would expect that they're just giving the people what they want rather than trying to push a BP agenda. In other words, the more people became RP, the more RP examples we would have in the media.
