Depends on your definition of 'fat’ how much over ideal body weight percentage? Some might say 20 lb over is fat. Others might prefer it to someone who's like 12% body weight.

How is that gaslighting? Its just plain lying. Gaslighting would be once she is caught in the lie she tries to convince him that he is crazy for not believing the lie. At least to my understanding.

Thanks for the tip. I definitely need to hire an accountant or read some books or something! I like to geek out and learn everything possible about things when I decide to do them. Would be nice to start holding back %17 of my income after it stops going to her. Want to buy a house too and my kids will start having more expensive needs as well but I could see getting close to that. Plus should hopefully have even more income by then buuut also my job is in a nice cushy bubble right now too (Andr…

Yep sadly %17 goes to ex wife for next 3 years but after that would be good to move that money I'm not used to spending towards retirement

More info on no retirement fund after 35? I just turned 35 and have zero in retirement. Got 3 years left on alimony (broke divorce rule) but have a pretty well paying job. was planning on starting 3% income (matched 100% so it's like a 3% raise right?) Would appreciate more reading on why too late.

Check out the book Primal Endurance. It's about endurance training for things like marathons in a keto diet. The author suggests the keto athletes will have an edge because they can use their endless supply of fat energy. He talks about marathon runners hitting a wall when glycogen depletes towards the end of the run and also the rampant issue with these 'healthy' athletes getting diabetes from doing things like sucking down sugar syrup during races. Joe Rogan has also talked with many MMA fight…

I'm not sure what OMAD stands for but I was intermittent fasting as well so basically skipping breakfast which I still do. Although my window isn't as strict as it was when I was activly trying to lose weight. Now I typically don't even crave breakfast or get hungry at all till around 11 or noon. Sometimes on the weekend I'll do breakfast just for fun.

Same I did keto+Paleo for about the same amount of time. I felt so damn good all the time. High energy, quick recovery from lifting, mental clarity, no more stomach pains and lost 80lbs on top of all that. Love it want to do it again but it's also a lot of work gotta cook pretty much every meal and expensive when mixed with Paleo. About to go Monk mode anyways so might have the time again.

Keto isn't zero carbs though you still get enough to replenish glycogen stores through the carbs in veggies.

Take it to the next level and try the Paleo diet for at least a solid month. You will feel like a good coupled with good exercise.

As a Kansan I am ashamed and outraged, anyone know who has been pushing for this so I can be sure to not vote for them next month?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
