Sometimes I feel triggered and annoyed so I wanna get it off my chest and call a dude out...then I remember HE ALREADY KNOWS what he's doing, so why give him the energy? It feels great to take back the power and just not respond.

He should be mentioning a second date while we are still on the first one lol. A man serious about you will wanna lock down your next free day. Especially if you've made it clear you're a busy woman.

The other day this guy mentioned "we'll have to get together for wine next week." And I gave him a confused look (FaceTime screening) and said, "ohh like you mean with dinner?" super innocently, as if I couldn't imagine any other scenario in which I'd get wine lmao. And he looked shooketh for a split second before going "yeah, definitely!" And then I casually started talking about foods I liked lmao.

The last guy I dated, I had told him about my exes (all of which weren't shit, lol)... Well when I broke up with this guy, he legit said, "I'm the best boyfriend you ever had! You even told me so." As one of the reasons why I shouldn't dump him. This man treated me like crap. Didn't want to introduce me to his family (I know now what a placeholder is), would give me the silent treatment, poor communication skills, lack of overall effort in making me happy, etc. But he still felt he was above my …

I am speaking to someone new and he started to talk about past relationships and why they didn't work out... I immediately zoned out lol. I politely stopped him and said something to the effect of understanding that past relationships may shape who we are in a sense, but I don't want to hear about his past relationships right now because I am still trying to get to know him and that we can discuss those things later when the time comes. Foh I'm not listening to that shit. I felt so empowered! I …

I went on a date with a guy that kept talking over me. I called him out quick, but he still kept doing it. I told him it seems like he enjoys the sound of his own voice. He paused and thought about it for a moment before agreeing. Ugh!

How did you react when you caught the eye roll?

I have def learned to give extremely vague responses to this question. I will never admit how awful my last bf treated me. Instead I talk him up and might even say it just ended because he moved away and we didn't wanna do long distance.

I would be less than willing to accept a Saturday meeting (because he is certainly going into it with the intentions of it being a date) unless he made it clear he was interested romantically. I don't like blurred lines.
