If they will take one dog, why not two? Is he vicious? Does your ex owe the funds as part of the divorce order? Also, what kind of freelance work do you do? Perhaps someone on here has work for you... Good luck - I'm sending you good vibes.

The shitty party about our system is that it rewards the primary caregiver for alienating the other parent. Say you change your work schedule and can now take the kids Wednesday-Sunday every other week. It's in her best interest to block that change because she'll lose both a portion of her child support check and her ability to easily relocate without much legal push back. yep.

Because women are usually the actual primary caregiver, and, in close cases, they get the benefit of the doubt; Because women plan for the divorce; Because some men will just sign anything to try to win her back; Because, in most cases, men make more money.

Evidence for "Universal ≠ natural?" Isn't the fact that "Men are generally larger and stronger and are therefore better equipped to deal with these tasks" evidence that men evolved larger size because the gender duties are mostly biological? "the idea of men as being exclusively assigned to hunting roles..." I didn't assert that men do 100% of the hunting or fighting, in the sentence "which cultures have women doing most of the big-game hunting." Do the dominant gender roles of the great apes ot…

So which cultures have women doing most of the big-game hunting and warfare? In which cultures do men take on most of the child care responsibilities?

Not sure, but why tell someone you definitely have a tape, rather than you might have a tape - they are still "consenting" to be recorded, but you have an out if you don't have taped proof of what they say, get a demand for the tape, etc.

call a bunch, see who you like and who will give you time & listen. Check prices for both hourly rates and retainer. Make sure they have experience. A lot depends on your situation - kids? House? Do you own a business? Age? Assets? Tips: Copy all your records (and hers) & put in a safe place (your mom's house/work) DO NOT let her find out about another woman (if possible). Anything you treasure (that is "yours" not both or yours) put in a safe place. Film the house, inside and out. Copy all comp…

I'm not sure, because laws vary by state. What you NEED is a DNA test, because otherwise you are looking at 18 years + of child support.
