A contract may be unenforceable if one party was drunk at the time the agreement was struck. How drunk is too drunk will vary from case to case depending on the circumstances. I am not a r/mensrights subscriber and I in no way identify with the "men's rights" movement. Frankly, it's pure morbid curiosity that brings me here from time to time. That said, I wholeheartedly agree with: men need to start taking these women gender studies courses in droves and stand up for themselves I would challenge the men here to do just that. I suspect that maybe 1 in every 10 Redditors who pillory womens/gender studies have actually looked at a syllabus never mind taken a course.

However, I would argue that it is entirely appropriate to take the next step and look at whether the group of occupations in which women are predominate tend to be valued less than the group of occupations in which men predominate.
