I, as a woman, think that having a baby is not just a woman's choice, it's a couple's choice. When I got pregnant, I asked my boyfriend his opinion, as I was not about to abort or keep it without hearing him out and his wishes. It infuriates me when I hear of women keeping the baby against the wishes of the father and then has the gall to come and ask for child support after he has said that those are not his wishes.

I disagree. How is it appropriate in any sense for a parent to expose themselves to their child? Just because it was not meant to be degrading does not mean that it was appropriate to do. If the parent wanted to have a frank talk about sexuality, that's fine. There are a world of resources out there to illustrate your point. Pulling down your pants in front of your own child and exposing yourself, showing your sexual organs is not cool. Why is showing your genitals to a young child, regardless i…

I stopped at "Mommy, can you show me your vagina" as my ovaries and cooze ran away in fear. If I had heard of a grown woman doing this to a child, I am sorry, CPS needs to be called about sexual abuse.

If she didn't remember what happened, how could she report an incident the next day? Also, shouldn't they not name the guys names since they are "rape victims" too?

It boils down to this, you can never ever ever ever carry a child. We do. It grows inside us, creating a parasitic relationship and then at the end of nine months, it rips its way out of us at great cost to our bodies. After that it requires us to feed it with nourishment from our own bodies. And if you say "Hey, I didn't consent to this", then who is left to raise or take care of the child?

Good lord, this is the kind of woman that gives the rest of us a bad name. Geeze, to pull this shit after his Dad passed away? How much more banal can you get?

Please don't take this as all women hating men's rights or the men's rights movement. I joined this forum after seeing a number of commercials depicting men as dumb, clumsy and stupid (usually in cleaning products aimed at the stay at home Mom) and getting angry by seeing men shown as anything other than the smart, strong and worthy human being you are.

I am female and my amount of clothes is much less than my husband's collection. I am very careful with my clothes and end up buying expensive pieces (like basic black slacks, a great pair of jeans, good pair of work shoes (I have weird feet and have to go to a special shoe store) and about three different dresses for special occasions. I think the thing that gets replaced the most are underwear, socks and bras. My work slacks have lasted me 5 years and I just replaced a pair of jeans after my la…

That's the amount I spend on clothes if you counted how much I buy over several years.

This is a non-issue in this case. She could have easily gotten a hold of his commanding officer to, in the very least, get financial support from him. Army wives have a big network of people and resources to access. She would have known these resources by default of being an Army wife.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
