I've had to the same thing. I just say that I always offer to help everyone, inviting other to participate or something to that effect. We have a diverse clientele so it's already kinda baked into "just doing my job"

If you really don't know what you're doing, get to the know the staff. Several gyms will have Personal Trainers who take lifting very seriously and will teach how to do everything properly.

You beat me to it. My LTR showed me this recently. I gained about 30-35 pounds when I was graduating, mostly due to shitty cafeteria food, no sleep and a ton of stress. According to her she thought I was still attractive.....but, now that I'm back under 200 lbs. (5'9ish" and 178) and about to drop below 10% BF she has been a lot more interested in me. I work in a gym, so we usually always have ESPN on, I wanted to rip the TV off the wall when she came on.
