When the male body is added extraneous testosterone, the own testosterone production does decline. As Sperm and testosterone production are hard-linked, sperm production does decline too. When below 1mil/ml sperm concentration (needs to be checked regularly) then it does correspond to Pearl-Index 1

I got the same request from my ex back then. I declined. But, would i have known "thermal male birth control" (andro-switch) which i use since three years now, i probably would have done this instead back than. Maybe not, time and situation was different... (Definitely i would tell my younger me to have a look to... and anyway end things way earlier) So, it's his decision. i am in Europe (Germany), so FDA does not affect me. But there are similar Organisations. I need to have another look to Research chemicals. Last time i had a look, everything interesting was expensive AF (maybe the wrong source?) For off-brand medication (Indian generics of mainly PDE5i) i know some sources. Maybe the two (already FDA approved) components of NLS-133 would be sourceable this way. Microscope usage is enough for me, i do not want to expand my lab for synthesizes of components

PlanA (and ADAM as well) are in study/trial phase 2a, but it is not available or approved yet. Only Risug is past phase3 study now, in India. No "big pharma" company is working on male BC right now. All projects are driven by startup and non-profit organisations, lacking funds... "cocooner" was in like-sharktank (Höhle der Löwen) and failed to find investor.
