Thanks for pointing this out, I didn’t realize that it could be negging. That’s exactly how it is with the guy I’m referring to. He’s always demanding sources and has a counterpoint to even the most basic thoughts or opinions. You’d have to think of infinite possibilities with a works cited to stand a chance in a disagreement with him, and even then he’d probably gaslight you

This is so true. I’m glad you distinguished that playing devils advocate isn’t the issue, it’s the way that men use it.

Or say they won’t continue talking until you calm down. Because apparently having any type of pitch to your voice is too much emotion for them to handle🙄

Glad you brought this up. I recently watched interviews with her about this topic. She is so intelligent and is absolutely stunning, mentally and physically. She did not deserve to be done dirty like that. Side note: I just looked up a picture of this so-called ex husband…. and wow, I expected him to be at least semi-attractive. But alas, this man looks like a cross between a toothpick and a melting candle stick

Love it☕️🐸 her comment about men being the root of all evil always stops men dead in their tracks. I love to point out that 99% of the time men are afraid of other men, NOT FeMaLeS.

Makes sense since the only guy I know with constant bad breath has also said he poops once or twice a week due to a processed shitty diet that lacks any fruit or veg.

They’re essentially just stickers that cover only your nipple. They’re the closest to being naked on top without breaking the law, because the nipple is covered. Usually I’ll wear them under a shirt if I don’t feel like wearing a bra but don’t want my nipples showing through, for example.

Ew. I’m sorry you went through that. Unfortunately it is such a f*cking common thing with men. With my ex it was constant jokes about how I should wake him up with a blowjob and saying he’d do this or that “chore” if I gave him a blowjob. I literally stopped wanting to give him one ever because I was so annoyed from hearing it all the time.

Same with other subreddits like oldSchoolCool, it’s all “your grandma was a hottie” or someone from the 70’s who’s barely 17 and half naked

My god, this is so true. The guy I’m referring to was cheated on in high school. Like ok… you’re still torn up about that? I was cheated on as a grown woman a few years ago and I could not care less about it now. I know what went wrong and it has no impact on my ability to trust others now.

Exactly. If this man was still emotionally traumatized from a past relationship then he has no business entering a new one. I commend the woman who called him out about therapy, most people won’t even do that for their friends when they truly need it. I’ve also been in a relationship where the man brings up how he’s still hurt from a woman in high school… this was a man in his thirties🙄 Funny how he had no problem getting down and dirty on the second date though. (Past me was a pick me unfortuna…

His girlfriend is someone he met online, has never met in person, and she lives in a third world country. Nothing is inherently wrong with any of these, but it gave me big 30 day fiancé vibes where some crusty no-neck is taking advantage of a girl/woman half his age.

Recently saw a post in /AskWomen that said “as women, what are you most afraid of?” Almost every response was being assaulted, kidnapped, raped, murdered, etc. by MEN. How would men respond to that question? Is their biggest fear, as a man, being assaulted by women? I don’t think so.

It’s all good, it hurt for a while but I know I did nothing wrong. I’ll never allow someone to try to make me feel less than in a relationship, ever.😌

Yup, I’m glad I learned this lesson young. One of my ex’s checked off every single box of what the ideal man should have. The problems? His sense of humor was almost non existent. I tried to compensate and be the funny one in our relationship, but he just made me feel stupid for acting silly. Yuck. He would throw small jabs at me by saying I didn’t look good when we were literally just going for a walk or something. His true self was fully exposed when he cheated on me whilst traveling for work.…

The women in this thread have made me feel so much more comfortable expressing my distaste for men who go to strip clubs. I always have rationalized it to protect the man (telling myself that he’s not interested in the women so it’s ok, he’s just having a night with the guys, etc.) but lately I’ve realized just how uncomfortable the whole thing makes me. I’m sick of people saying you’re insecure and controlling if you don’t enjoy the idea of your S/O watching naked/topless women and paying them …
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy21/10/21 03:30 PM

Yes. They’re so much worse. The girls get fully nude and perform sex acts on each other in front of everyone. Literally anything is on the table if you pay them.

Then to make matters worse, most men have their “bro code” where whatever happens during that time stays between them. If what they’re doing needs to be kept hidden from the women they’re dating or engaged to then they shouldn’t even be in a relationship.

The other day I saw a video of some crusty, out of shape man calling Simone a let down to her country and audibly laughed! Not because it’s funny, but because of how utterly ridiculous it was. People need to realize also that gymnastics is so risky, if her mind isn’t in it 100% and her body bails mid way through the air she could be severely injured for life, or die. That isn’t dramatic. Funny how all these so-called men calling Simone weak have never made it to the Olympics, probably never even…

Love it, one thing that stuck out to me is how men will act like women are crazy and demanding for wanting marriage. A friend of mine gave her boyfriend an ultimatum: either they get married that year or she’s leaving him. They got married that year. But my ex was saying how that’s ridiculous of her and she so controlling. He was straight up saying he worries for this mans safety because his now wife gave him an ultimatum. The real kicker here is that he ended the relationship with me because he…

I had a man tell me I needed to keep my hygiene items cleared off the bathroom counter because he didn’t like the mess. (They we’re all stored in a single little basket on the counter.) Meanwhile he literally had never properly cleaned the bathroom in years. Crust all over the toilet bowl and shower, trash bin overflowing, etc.

I can one up this, unfortunately. My friend told me a few weeks ago that she walked in on her ex literally SCOOPING his poop off the shower floor with his hands so he could put it in the toilet. This was a regular thing for him.

Every time I try to give anime a shot, they go and ruin it with some nasty overly sexual scenarios. I started watching one that had a really cool plot.. until the main character (28 year old man) turned into an 10 year old physically -not mentally- and had to keep reminding himself that he was old and shouldn’t be having “these feelings” towards other 10 year old girls.

I agree for the most part, however I won’t not be friends with my closest girlfriends husbands (so long as they don’t do the above, or anything else disrespectful, which they haven’t). We hang out as couples together all the time.

All I’m saying is that it’s hard to judge. Sometimes I don’t like running side by side with people for various reasons. There’s a million reasons why they may have done that, for all you know he was running ahead of her so that if he hit rocks or uneven ground (since it’s hiking territory) he would know first and prevent her from injury. The situation doesn’t immediately ring LVM behavior to me.

How do you know they hadn’t agreed prior that he can run a bit ahead because they move at a different pace? Especially if they take their running seriously. I’ve done this plenty of times with my boyfriend and it wasn’t disrespectful in the slightest. Kind of a harsh judgement being made here

A friend of mines ex girlfriend told him that he just wasn’t being good for her mental health. Then got mad when he said, “ok, let’s end this so you can get better.” She was manipulative af and wanted him to “fight” for her.

As someone who’s desperately wanted to do this in my relationship but have only had girl friends willing to join me, I looked at this and thought “oh that’s nice, good for them”. On second observation I realized what’s wrong with this scenario. I need to do better.

I saw a guy a few days ago wearing white, thin material tennis shoes where I could see the whole outline of his foot. There was a good two inches of space between where his toes ended and the shoe ended💀

But if you bring this up, they always respond with “well I have to worry about being mugged” “my brothers cousin was drunk in a bad part of town and almost got mugged” ...ok Those things happen, they do, but with women it’s on a whole different level that they just don’t understand

I didn’t know men not washing their butt was that bad. My boyfriend uses a bidet and showers more than I do tbh.

Yup. I used to worry about getting older because “shit, men will always find women in their twenties more attractive.” Then I thought about it.. why am I so worried about what men think of me?! Screw that. Women of all ages are beautiful and we’ve got to stop worrying about what men have to say about it.
