Just learn what you can from here, and help other people learn too. There's no need to defend anyone who posts here, much less identify with "the pickup community". If someone does something shitty (and calling girls "bitches" is indeed a shitty thing to do), then criticise that. I would recommend dissociating yourself from "the pickup community". Be your own man... isn't that the point of this stuff?

Yeah, the best part is seeing what he does when he fails. Cos, like, that happens a lot for me :P How to go down with dignity like the captain of the Titanic, rather than the captain of the Costa Concordia.

I'm not saying you shouldn't feel feelings, I'm saying that a random girl you meet at a club isn't responsible for your emotional welfare.

Shockingly, different girls do different things for different reasons. What matters is how you deal with it. She doesn't respond? Who cares, move on. Also, saying things like "but what about my feelings?!?!" is really, really AFC'ish.

Yeah, posting this pointless, circlejerking shit in here makes me angry too. So a girl gives you a card. So what? Who gives a shit, get on with your life.

Although it's clearly over the top (duh, it's a Cracked article), I think it's important for people to read anyway, just so you don't learn the wrong lessons from all of this seduction stuff. To me, a lot of this stuff is just about how to be a better person. Women like interesting, confident men, and a lot of things on here are basically teaching you how to bring out the interesting, confident part of you. But there is still a lot of stuff that could make you seem like a giant douchebag, that b…

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that you are not introverted - I'm sure you are - I'm just saying that the introversion isn't the problem, the shyness is.

Your problem isn't that you're introverted, your problem is that you're shy... There's a huge difference! Barack Obama is the quintessential introvert. He's a contemplative, thoughtful individual who thinks before he speaks. But when he speaks, his words are deliberate and considered - and people listen. He's often derided as "too professorial" and "too distant", but he is a stark and welcome contrast to other more extroverted leaders like "the man down the pub" GWB or the mercurial Nicolas Sark…

Not only that but: ..., which ..., which ..., which ... Oh god kill me now. It's almost as if any idiot can make an e-book and put it on the internet for free.

I love how he carries his shoes off instead of wearing them. That was a little nice touch.

The last one is just "locking in" in PUA terminology. Obviously you have to approach a girl 90% of the time; locking in flips that so that it feels as though she's chasing you. If she feels like she's chasing you, then apparently science says she'll find you more attractive.

You're right, the first link (as I accurately described if you cared to read what I wrote) is describing the change in GDP output per hour. If you understood that, then why did you bother citing it, since it's completely irrelevant? The second link also shows that the US has a rather high GDP per hours worked, however as I also mentioned GDP is a rather poor measure to use to determine "productivity," especially when you're trying to compare the country with the largest GDP in the world and whos…

You do? The Bureau of Labor Statistics has a very convenient PDF file here that you can use as a source if you'd like. Output per hour year over year growth in the US is less than half that of the Czech Republic, a third of Finland, and is considerably smaller than Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, the Netherlands, and even France Italy and Denmark. Erm, that first link shows the CHANGE in output per hour, not the actual output per hour. This tells me absolutely nothing about whether the US is more or l…
