I think what you guys call ER we call A and E (accident and emergency). You can go in there for a stubbed toe or a splinter in your finger if you really wanted too and the bill is footed. I'll add I personally think certain brands help. Use what works for you but I've found L'Oréal moisturiser works on the skin better than the Nivea. The L'Oréal face wash seems to work better than the Dove. Not sure on the exfoliator but the cheap stuff works just fine. Trial and error I suppose
