yeh that's pretty much it. the ones advocating for racial supremacy or whatever "pro", mostly do it for their own collective benefit. yup, stuff like pro-black hashtags all over twitter. I agree that pro-anything based on race/ethnicity is irrational, its neither wrong or right, its just way too emotion-based, and not practical. its just the hypocrisy when society turn a blind eye to other groups doing it, because they are a minority, out of sympathy.

The irony. Quota's, or whatever they call it, is basically fighting racism by being racist. employment based on race is racist, employment based on gender is sexist, period. by demanding a percentage of employment to be based on race is as racist as it can ever get, doesn't matter what purpose it serves, the base is discriminatory. the government should protect the right to choose, not choose for people.
