I'm not planning on turning her into an LTR, but rather a plate. The sex was just ok and she IS too demanding. I disagree. Share something semi-personal. Keeping distance and talking about gym related stuff all the time is boring and doesn't lead to a real friendship. Me and a guy I met at the gym became friends after he saw me reading "The Rational Male" after my workout. Turns out he's also red-pilled, that was awesome.

She seemed embarrassed about this, so yes. I do lift, and my gym is not filled with celebrities or criminals. What does it have to do with anything? A criminal IS a criminal, especially someone with anger issues. They're irrational. I'm a law obeying guy and I can protect myself, but who wants to get into a fight with criminals who clearly don't give a damn about the law?!

Yeah, that's the optimal scenario. Sadly, girls today have zero attention span and zero manners, she's done the same thing with female friends as well.
