If you go through youtube via the internet explorer and not the app, you can click the power cycle button and then do it again and swipe up from the bottom to play youtube without actually needing to have it up. Saves battery. Lot of the Opie and Anthony ones are really good but some suck, Black Phillip is incredible but short lived and you can hop onto Beige Phillip. I do push pull legs 6 days a week and yoga on Sundays. No less than 45 minutes a day everyday. Squat is 300, bench is 225, and deadlift is 330.
