well, i've actually thought about this a lot and here are my thoughts: i think there are actually a lot of women who are born with a high sex drive. But because of constant traumatic experiences, they lose it. there are literally so many women out there who had sex before they even learned to masturbate, how messed up is that....so i think you're allowed to be horny, but for a lot of women it's not safe to be horny and it never was
