But isn't it already punishable when the accuser is found to be malicious? Yea, filing a false police report doesn't have near the sentence that rape would. I don't agree with that one bit in the case of a false rape accusation.
If you're using adblock, you're definitely using the wrong one. ublock origin gives me a nice clean layout, no popups. Dump what you're using and switch to ublock origin.
I'm not defending anyone, I was simply stating the logic that was likely used to not charge her with a crime. Goddamn, you fucking keyboard warriors are everywhere.
To knowingly give false info, yes. But let's be real. She didn't see this kid's backpack touch her ass. She just felt it. She assumed the boy grabbed her ass, but she didn't see it. So while the info gave the police was wrong, I don't think she knowingly gave them false info. Thus, no charges.
It's pretty horrifying that you think destroying a man's life for a crime he didn't commit isn't equally horrifying. Please, don't ever accept jury duty.
I'm all for a bitch getting slammed while resisting arrest, but they are correct. These clowns have no right to bust into their apartment without a warrant.
