SJWs complained that "meritocracy" is inherently sexist and racist because it treats people as individuals rather than groups I thought that was the entire point of the SJW platform - that individuals be judged as individuals rather than categorically as members of whatever group to which one assigns them.

One, if you were to file a complaint with, for instance, the EEOC, you would remain anonymous. If you go and raise the subject with the company's leadership and then file a complaint with, say, the EEOC, while the EEOC would still allow you to remain anonymous, it doesn't take a genius for the company leadership to put two and two together and suspect that it was you. Two: In the latter case, while the company is prohibited from retaliating against you for whistleblowing, I wouldn't be surprised…

There is a poster that explains federal regulations that is required by federal law to be displayed where employees can see it. The state version may be combined with the federal poster, but either way, it is also required to be displayed where employees can see it. If the company doesn't have one or both of the posters, that's another violation.

No you HAVE raped them if they had alcohol in them, if it's true about their definition of rape. I qualified it as "depending on where you are geographically". If you're in PA, then yeah, it's a crime. If WV has no similar law, then there is no crime, hence the "may have".

The problem is that the line is often undefined, or defined according to unrealistic standards. A couple years ago I attended a training session, at which a speaker from RAINN explained sexual assault and rape, and a local ER doctor was discussing response and evidence collection procedures in the event of a sex crime. The topic of consent inevitably came up, and when the impact of drugs and alcohol was discussed, I asked the two speakers where the line is drawn as to when a person is too drunk …

What's this about rifled urethras? Is it gain-twist or conventional rifling, and what's the optimal twist rate to properly stabilize a kidney stone? FYI, the diameter of the urethra is significantly wider than that of the ureters (the tube leading from each kidney to the bladder).

Well, you can be punished for filing a false police report, abusing the 911 system, and if you are the plaintiff in a court case that gets thrown out because your accusations were false you can (at the judge's discretion) be made to pay court & lawyer's fees.

The problem here is that there are different - and subjective - definitions of "in shape". Someone who gets most of their exercise from weightlifting is going to look pretty built, but might not have the cardiovascular endurance of, say, a (comparatively skinny) cyclist or cross-country runner. The same goes the other way - you're not often going to see a runner who benches 300.
