Maybe all people, regardless of this issue should have and talk to a professional mental health counselor or other qualified individuals about life, their struggles, ect. Then maybe build a professional plan based on studies and scientific data that correlates to their issues and who they are. Maybe that means meds, coping, breathing exercises, mindset training, mindfulness or a combination of those and others...
