Good to see some common sense being institutionalized. Thank fucking God

Great movie. I bought it as well. Let's remember to support this documentary financially, as well. No one will make more of these if no one buys these things. It's like $11.99 on Amazon, too.

hopefully this post will bring attention to how dangerous progressive politics have become. Now people can be jailed without evidence getting in the way. its feels > reals but, not just a snarky comment anymore.

It was just a quick on. thanks for the article, glad you are brave enough to challenge sacred cows, i shared the article with 2 of my friends, i book marked your site, etc. i think it was 3 sentences.

Unfortunately that's the only thing these school districts understand; lawsuits. They are going to have to lose countless millions of dollars before they start to consider actually treating people with equality and dignity

I can't believe that fucking picture is not a mug shot. She's a rapist, and was arrested and convicted. She should go to jail for fucking years, not get a glamour shot in the news and get probation. Fucking matriarchy strikes again.
/r/MensRights17/06/16 06:58 PM
1

Maybe. But it's still a powerful message. A quick call or email to them to thank them for sending that message of equality might make them do it again. Either way, young women turn to old worn quickly. That means that at least half the time they are treated equally. It's a step forward. One step at a time is all it takes.
/r/MensRights05/04/16 07:46 PM

At least they chose to use the mug shot of her, not a glamour shot like usual. Make no mistake, MRAs, that's our influence. -A visual representation of her being a criminal at the beginning of the article is powerful, and that should not be ignored. It says clearly, "this is wrong. Women can be wrong. If you do this, you will go to jail". It's a step towards equality we should be celebrating, grabbing hold of, and keeping its momentum so as to build on it. Don't get down hearted that some jackas…

Derp here. I've had the derp for years and found that if you play it like it isn't even a thang, let your partner know ahead of committed time (like, don't let them know when you two are naked in bed and about to bang, since she's committed then. Let her know during the second drink or something. So, she can bail pretty easily if she wants to), most people don't care. I just tell her I take suppressive meds, which make it difficult to transfer, and if that's a thang for her, than it is but, it's…

This is how you know that feminism is no longer an equal rights movement; its members and ideology openly oppose groups forming to discuss their oppression, underrepresentation, incarceration, genital mutilation, etc. Huff-po may openly oppose equal rights now but, they have begun to shoot themselves in the foot with their coverage of men's issues. Ie: there is no such thing as bad press. People are beginning to Google 'men's rights' more and more. Thanks huff-po. Really doing us a solid

Lets show support! subscribe if you like what she has to say about feminism. She likes to post short to medium videos (5-15 min) that dissect feminism and female privilege on a weekly basis. Don't stay frustrated, there are people in power, women in roles of power that are standing up for equality on a daily basis. That stand against feminisms over stepping on a daily basis. Lets show her support. And as always; stay professional, stay firm, and stay in the positives. We have the moral high grou…

In my experience most feminists are just boring people who took the bait. It feels good to be told you are the victim, its enticing. But, I've also seen how angry people can get when they find out they've been lied to. Its our job to show them that they've been lied to.

I may be spitting in the wind, I know. But it's practice and the forming of a habit. Better i make my clumsy letter writing mistakes now, towards a magazine that doesn't even notice, than when i write my emails to Patty Murray, Maria Cantell, etc. We are our habits

At the time i vaguely considered myself a feminist. I believed that they were the equal rights group that people told me they were and started taking classes. To be fair to one of my professors at UW, when i complained that none of the course work was even remotely related to men's issues, she set up an airing of "Tough Guise" during a class and seemed glued to the screen while we watched it. We also had a discussion of it the next class which was cringe worthy. All these women remarking on how …

I hear what you are saying but, let's not get upset at thing people might be doing. We have the moral high ground. Let's not give it up. Stay positive. Let's Keep the ball rolling!!

I do this regularly. Remember to stay in the positives, though. We are not mad at women, or women's rights. We want: equality in the eyes of the law. Genital integrity (rights to our own bodies) equal voting rights (women can vote in favor of wars knowing they won't be forced to fight them), to be treated fairly in family court ( men get custody of their children 18 % of the time), have our reproductive care and birth control covered by Obama Care (Obama care only require this for women)... Etc.…

I don't know you at all but, I'd like to point out that you are brave as all get out to make that video public... let alone that you went about the process of making your inner self public. I've only known one person who was trans-gendered, and the only advice she gave to me was don't call people brave for being who they are, but i still think your brave. Thanks again for the Vid. It was cool as hell. I subscribed too.

Good on you for this post. Many women and feminists don't realize that men are suffering. Theyve been taught there Is a boogy man out there and that All men are waiting to either reap undo rewards, or asault them. We should be polite and inclusive when we explain our cause.

Good on you! Keep trying! You don't have to convince everyone you meet. Just plant seeds. People won't allow themselves to be convinced I public anyway, but they ponder on it later. Your job is to be reasonable and facilitate that process for them. This was a great go at it, and im sure you did better than you think. I wrote an email to them at their opinion inbox ([email protected]) asking why they show the rapist as a smiling happy person. Hi I read the article written by Ashley Lewis (Oklahoma teacher gets a shocking 10 years in jail for having sex with a 15-year-old student) about that teacher who raped her student but, I was concerned as to why Ashley chose to lead the story with a smiling picture of the rapist, and withhold the fact that she had in fact, raped a child. I understand what you are saying. I put quite a bit of effort into my appearance and try to come off as a person who 'has their act together' over all else. The point of this is to try to generate a conversation on the topic. ~With that in mind I know I have to present myself as conventionally boring and reasonable in order to present the cause that way... as just a plain old good way of thinking. OP here, I've decided that I should not be in the closet anymore about my interest in Equal Rights and want to "come out" as it were, as an Men's Rights Activist but, I know Men's Rights is a controversial movement at this time, since feminism has institutionalized the idea that men have more rights than women in American Society and not the other way around. So I'm going to go about "coming out of the closet" as it were, as positively as I can, and with the most iron clad argument that I see th…

We are fighting firstly for legitimacy. Having a voice that resonates is my goal with these meetings. And already people have toned down their feminist rhetoric, and included an MRA stance, not to mention bringing up intactivism as part of their social demands for an equal world with out prompts or leads Always be recruiting, though. Seattle here. Tried it with my girlfriend. She wanted to start a group where we talked about gender and sexuality, and address community needs. I think that last bit would have been less than productive. It would have "proved her right" in her mind. This time was a bust but, lets not forget that reasonable people are watching and listening... They are coming to reasonable conclusions. We have to project how it our side that it's reasonable. I'm about 5 min from going my own way, sometimes. This sort of thing makes me 4 min. Never getting married, that's for sure. What's the worst thing that can happen if I never marry or go my own way? Glad this absurdity is getting some attention. At first I thought this would just be the Onion ribbing the feminists but no, it's real life. Can you imagine having to prove your most recent sexual activity was consensual? How do you even go about doing that? Word. Why is it that we just take it as truth that women are smarter than men or what have you (in this case, more socially dynamic)? It's total sexist bullshit. If someone just started saying "men are better at ____ than women" we would call them sexist in a heartbeat! We should start calling people who just maintain that women are better at _____ than men sexist, too.

I wonder what these women are counting as being "hit on". I know a girl who thinks that everyone in the world is trying to bang her. Even the waiter who is attentive and asks hows she's liking her quesso dip "wants it so bad" and she acts like she's doing him a personal favor if she says she likes it (food stuff may very). I bet these women don't get hit on near as much as they've made out.
