It does take courage to say "I want the record to state that I was raped." I can't imagine telling a doctor or police officer that I was raped.

To attend a College you have to agree to their terms. If you are found guilty of violating one of their terms, they can kick you out, affect your transcript. If they want real legal action they must go through the real legal system.

Thanks for the comment and being so welcoming. I am a man and have been on this sub for over a year, so it is not "first-page impessions." This sub has so much good information and sources and those posts/comments are always up voted highly which is wonderful, but there is also a good amount of misguided trashy posts/comments that I think are detrimental to men's rights being taken seriously... And those also get highly upvoted.

I am a white male in engineering and I have felt inequality for being a man. But that doesn't inherently make my troubles more important than others. Women could say the same thing to you- that you synthesize their stuff as a circle jerk because you have never felt it.

As if white men can't have serious concerns? I'm confused with what you are saying.

That comment is so circlejerky it fits this subreddit perfectly. There is definitely not a grossly clear advantage, not that it is even possible to quantify all aspects of "privilege" or "place in society" women 100% have certain advantages over men, but men also have certain advantages over women. I subscribed to this sub because I wanted to hear about the injustices done to men based on gender because there is nowhere else I can find it. Instead I get the circle jerking about how dumb feminist…

Are you serious? It is hard for women to get IT job and taken seriously in comsci and IT. It is a boys club, and you say they would roll out the red carpet? They might all want to be friends with her and give her (possibly negative) attention but that doesn't mean they would respect her knowledge or help her get a promotion. In tech jobs women are constantly undermined. Comp sci stuff truly is a "boys club"

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
