Nope. People who don't make much think they aren't taxed. But they are heavily taxed. They think they aren't taxed via "income taxes". But even if you are paid $13/hr or $15/hr, you are very heavily taxed through "Payroll taxes". Look at total taxes collected at the Federal level in 2022: * Income Taxes: $2.63 Trillion Payroll Taxes: $1.84 Trillion People making $13/hr to $20/hr are told they don't pay any taxes (aka Income taxes). But Payroll taxes are a massive percentage of their pay check. I…

100% of all men are paying alimony right NOW, to women they never married. Socialism is when working men have to pay alimony to women they never married through US social programs. In other news, 2020 General Presidential election: * Unmarried women: 62% voted Democrat * Married Women: 42% voted Democrat

Talk to a divorce attorney. Take their advice. If the person she is cheating with, you can work with his wife. What if you both showed up together when they are meeting up.

It may be that abusing your boundaries is her hobby. Fixing this is probably requiring you to setup bigger boundaries. Very likely having her sleep at your house will prevent this from being fixed. You may have to bring that to an end. Only you will know if that is the case, but something that may be worth thinking about. You may want to talk to a therapist if you want to talk this through with someone.

Be careful that she wants to steal your passwords. Record you typing on the keyboard. Never let that happen. Change your passwords every 30 days until you are past where she can get access to record you. Use the laptop away from that location. Change locations on when you use the laptop. Especially when entering your password. Turn on MFA/2FA (two factor authentication). Don't use one password for more than one place. Use a password manager like LastPast.com so you can have different passwords p…

70% of people divorce, after the first one. 90% caused by women (when college educated). Why would men want to marry? You may consider a relationship without ever going to marriage. Still keep your bar high. But why go to marriage when the divorce courts are so unjust.

There is a good healthy person out there for you. The wife of 12 years, isn't a healthy person for you. Be optimistic that you can find the healthy person for you. Your unhealthy wife is taking up the space, and that space is needed to be freed up, to find the healthy person for you. Measure in healthy vs unhealhty terms.

You can propose first. But make sure it enters a state that NO date is set yet. Then give her a prenup to sign. She needs an attorney. This "she doesn't believe in a prenup" is just her wanting to take half of your money when the divorce happens. Be very clear along that you aren't ready for a "date to be set" on the wedding. Don't do that until you get the prenup sign. However, don't verablize this explicitly to her. I believe that my invalidate the prenup. She is likely to have her attorney tr…
