"I have a hand and pornhub exists" don't worry baby, if you don't want to fuck, I'll just watch some other woman getting fucked

They are, and pickme culture is big here. It's been a process for me to realize that what's considered a "good guy" here is usually a cheap scrote with a coddling enabler wife. 1 in 10 German men has been to, or regularly visits a prostitute. They all believe in equal rights when it comes down to paying 50/50, but I've yet to meet a generous German man, or one that is willing to take on a provider role without, in return, expecting the woman to put up with abusive behavior.

Uhh German men 🙄🥱 at best he’s going to find it interesting that you’re “playing hard to get”. As soon as he realizes that he’s going to have to put in some actual effort, he’ll nope out. My guess is that right now, it’s like a fun game to him. OLD in Germany is a dumpsterfire of pornsick 50/50 scrotes.

You're not broken. You're with a lying piece of shit. This was done TO YOU. Getting rid of the scumbag and taking care of your health should happen simultaneously now.

oh yes, they are perfectly capable. which ties beautifully into their self image of being perfect, with no issues or problems at all. the problems are all ours. reading all the replies on this thread and realizing how many women know this phenomenon is making me downright mad. these scrotes can all burn in hell.

my ex would give me an ice-cold look and simply command "stop crying." he would also scold me for showing any type of emotion during conversations, especially arguments. "don't use feeling words". as if I could just switch them off. no, in his point of view I was just being negative, and bringing negative energy into his beautiful perfect life. he gave me "chances" to better myself, but inevitably we got into another argument that he provoked by not listening/showing no interest in me, and again…

This is her telling herself, "It's not so bad after all!" ... happy as larry.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, I am saving this for whenever my potato brain tries to fool me into thinking back on how "romantic" my persian ex was. It's trained behavior, crafted to deceive and trap women.

She sees it. "That's 11 years and a child down the drain". And then she gaslights herself. "It was just a miscommunication, he was tired, he had no idea." This is so utterly sad.

The last one, resentment, is especially important because it's easier to overlook. He doesn't need to blow up in your face in a fit of rage. Merely not hearing you, not showing empathy is enough of a red flag.

no, it's not "unfortunate". It's abusive. Take a close look at how you're phrasing these things - you're still making excuses for his behavior. There is no excuse in this universe for treating you the way he did.

Yeah, the type of man that would comment on your illness with "that sucks" or a raised eyebrow. Saying, without words, you're so uninteresting to me. But the other way around? He'd mention a small issue in his day-to-day life, and when an argument came up three days later, I would get all the accusations of being insensitive, inconsiderate, ignorant of his struggles. Never "listening" to him.

A lesson that I just learned. He gave me the "All women from my culture are gold-digging leeches" early on, but knowing very little about his country of origin, I didn't see it for the red flag it was. He seemed exotic to me, with oriental charme. A prince that was, in the beginning, treating me like a princess. Until at some point, he treated me like a piece of furniture in his harem - good enough only when it's convenient for him.

What you need to do as soon as you even realize someone has anger issues: stay away. There is no other solution.

Ooh his written communication was godawful. His favorite response to just about anything was " :P ". I never felt like he was taking me seriously or like he was making an effort to grasp what I tried to tell him. In the beginning, I told myself, it's fine, he probably just prefers phone calls. Until he had me begging for those, always being reluctant to get on the phone with me. He just didn't want to spend any time at all talking to me... and the cherry on top was him then accusing me of never …

Meanwhile, they know exactly what they did. Which they will even admit, very briefly, when the cycle returns to lovebombing. "Sorry for being such a jerk" - just a brief second where they admit that they were wrong, then some sweettalking, then straight back to the abuse. And round and round it goes.

When I say huh or what there’s a good chance I don’t want those words repeated to me! That's totally true, I wasn't even considering the rudeness of it in my original post, as well as the distinct meaning of these words. Thank you for pointing that out.

hat dirtbag will go happily to sleep while you're next to him sobbing night after night. Exactly what he did on a weekly basis. As if he just didn't understand, regardless of how much explaining I did. So clearly I must be incapable of explaining myself well enough. /facepalm
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/11/21 11:46 PM

yes, this is a strategy. They force you to repeat yourself up to the point where you start questioning yourself - am I the problem? Am I making sense? What is wrong with me?You'll feel like you're slowly losing your mind. And then - the worst part - you'll start apologizing. "Sorry for not being clear", "sorry for my word salad", even "sorry for my overexplaining" after they literally made you overexplain.

This was another great episode. I especially loved the part about opportunity costs and the risks of dating for women, something that isn’t talked about nearly often enough in society. Thank you for the great content!

I second that, even if I don’t like it (for belonging to Facebook 🤮) everybody uses it. Even my mom who can barely operate a smartphone

That’s not what I took away from it. I shared it because of how lovingly he cared for his deceased wife and because his message is that love is all about giving.

Yeah, she’s the ultimate pickme. Their first “date” was a dog walk, it’s “not feasible” for him to pay for her “meals that aren’t a date” so she’ll venmo him, and in her outlined expectations for the relationship she’s essentially love bombing him with way too much, way too soon. Desperately clinging to her idea of the perfect relationship, bob-the-builder-ing this guy to fit her mold. All this time and effort and emotional labor after TWO WEEKS.

sorry, but I have to respectfully disagree with something you said here - bearing children is very much not the purpose of sex for myself and millions of fellow childfree women out there.

It's still women providing sexual satisfaction to men for payment, doing something they normally probably wouldn't.

Alright, how about they act out MY fantasy of an ideal boyfriend? You know, the one that has his shit together mentally, financially, intellectually? I can't be expected to settle for a mediocre guy that just wants to manipulate me into becoming a sex doll.

First longer conversation, where I mentioned I’m childfree by choice. He said I‘d probably change my mind. Should. Have. Blocked.

Absolutely, exclusively an attempt at retaining control. Broke up last week, since then: calls from three different numbers, emails from four different email addresses. Last one read "I am not being responded to, but ..." always the victim

From my NV ex, “you don’t listen” came in two varieties: either before or after “don’t you dare talk to me like that”.

Yes, same here and I almost married him. So scary to think about. "Everyone has flaws, and at least he's not physically abusive"... "he's been through so much, all he needs is a supportive partner and he can better himself" ... "his exes really treated him horribly, someone needs to restore his faith in love"... omg. edited to add; And he loved to call me "damaged goods".
