So easy to say, wish I could enact this good advice. Falling too fast, is a problem.

I would say then, in future relationships, all we can do is establish red lines. If they hit, it's over. It's all about being with someone you can trust.

You don't want to live that way. We simply cannot afford to be with woman we don't trust. That slap showed her true colors. Now, you know what you need to do. Run. "Burn your ships" preventing any possibility you may return to that relationship - as in block, delete, and go no contact. You've got this brother.

"I blew things out of proportion, now you're blue Put you in jail for something you didn't do". Those lyrics stuck out to me personally. 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men have experienced some form of physical violence by an intimate partner. But only one one of those genders will be taken seriously and have true legal protections. When of it comes to violence, it's often "believe her" even though the man may be the victim.

"Hold their ground." DNA test needs to be the lawful default, needing both parties to opt out. Same as 50-50 custody, where a judge needs to have a good reason not to give it to one part or the other.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
