If I opposed Westboro Baptist's attempt to place their church in my neighborhood, would that make me anti-Christian? I haven't researched Gavin Boby issue yet, but the article claims they are trying only oppose extremist Islamic Mosques, and I think that's an important part to point out. The false accuser is on bail from another trial where she stands accused of torturing and infecting her boyfriend's wife with HIV. She made up the gang rape story in an attempt to frame the boyfriend's wife. Two men she met in prison had consensual sex with the false accuser to give the appearance of rape. Don't bring in the lawsuit right away. Attempt to solve this in a civil manner, bringing your logic and reasons to the dean first. If you threaten a lawsuit, then you make things personal. Not true. It is currently not true in the case of the legal system, as the court has not found the defendants guilty. It would still count as libel. After the trial, assuming the party is found guilty, then no source is needed.

The issue in that case is that they did not give a source for that direct claim, making it libel. They state they were told this, but not by a source. It would be equivalent to me writing "TheGDBatman is a notorious child-rapist, or so I've been told." Libel is the number 1 thing news organizations get sued for, and its almost always covering ongoing criminal cases. If you ever study journalism, its the first thing they grind into your head after the importance of the lead.

I don't understand how you believe this relates to the MRM? The second Amendment is not what establishes the draft. The draft is law because of the Selective Service Act of 1917. The 2nd Amendment doesn't have anything to do with the MRM because it allows for the purchasing of weapons to both men and women.
