The DNA tests sold by 23andme, etc, are not a scam; they really do genotype your DNA. 23 and Ancestry, if I recall correctly, allow you to download the raw data. The controversy is about whether or not country of origin info is accurate, and what health-related analysis they can offer (per the FDA). If I were paternity testing I'd probably use a kit specifically designed for that.

That range of Class B (RV build in a van body) is hella expensive, often over $100k, but you can DIY one pretty simply and cheaply in whatever cargo van you have. Once I convinced myself to hang on until the X-Files series ended. Silly excuse, but it worked for a while. To answer your question, for me meds (sertraline, trazadone) and talking to people really helped. I learned to keep personal boundaries, reject guilting/shaming coercion from females in my family, and to be kinder to myself. It really can get better, buddy. It's much less stressful when your first waking thought stops being "I am going to fucking kill myself."
