3	Jay Cutler ain't having it Divorces are the same for couples without kids. It’s obviously simpler because there’s no custody to figure out, but marital assets are divided by the same process regardless of kids. A marriage, from the government’s perspective, is nothing more than a binding legal document between two parties with specific risks and benefits. If either party doesn’t want to deal with a court dividing their assets in a possible divorce, they should either get a prenup or not enter into a civil marriage.	/r/PussyPassDenied	05/05/20 01:00 AM
231	If both parties were drunk, how can only one be accused of rape? It's important to know who is being accused by the government of a crime. It that knowledge isn't public, the government could just take citizens in and deny that they're in custody. It completely sucks for people that are wrongly accused, but a public and transparent justice system is better than a secretive system in my opinion.	/r/MensRights	20/09/17 05:03 PM
