2	Stop Worrying about Saying the "right" thing I admit I worry too much about this. My yardstick was when I was 21. I didn't give a fuck, but a bad string of life events drained my confidence, now I'm building it back up. I'm not where I want to be, but it's much better than my lows. I'm taking responsibility for myself, getting comfortable and even enjoying taking risks, and learning new skills. Good luck to all you nerds working on yourself.
