They hit up someone who they've had good sex with before. Source: From time to time, I get random "hey you x" type messages from girls I used to see, completely out of the blue. And it only ever means one thing

As a broad generalisation, yeah, kinda. All of our behaviour has subtext, and women generally have more sensitive intuition skills than men do when it comes to subconsciously reading this subtext. Which is why I don't even try to lie to women. Because even if you're successful, you've just created way more work for yourself, in a game that you have a natural disadvantage in. It's far easier, and more effective, to achieve honest confidence in yourself. It can take a lot of hard work to get there…

Older women are anything but private about being attracted to a younger guy. They will hit you with the most on the nose 'hints'. My advice is to be almost brashly confident in showing your physical attraction to them. Moreso than you would with younger women. It can kinda shock them at first, but in the best way. If you remind her of how she felt when she was young, she won't be able to get enough

Have done exactly this same thing multiple times. Has been totally fine every time. My one big suggestion is to bring your cardio game. In my experience, most of the time they want to be thrashed and man-handled. Apart from that, be safe, have fun, and don't be a dick. Most of these kinds of women are actually pretty cool on a 'casual fuck buddy' sorta level

That is not a "classic shit-test". That's a weirdly specific dating show question. Real women don't talk like that

Whenever a girl makes you wait for sex, the sex is never worth the wait. Ever. So, personally, I would assume that it's a game immediately.

What "studies" are you citing here, exactly? I presume that you're talking about ones like this one, which rely entirely on just asking women what they prefer, with no behavioural measures whatsoever. Which, is just as flawed as all the self reported studies confirming that women are more attracted to nice guy personality traits. Even the studies confirming attraction to low bodyfat specifically never actually specify an exact range at all. This assertion that 12 - 15% is the ideal range accordi…

12% bodyfat or lower, with enough muscle to hit the following lifts: bench press 1.5 x bodyweight, weighted pull up 1.75 x bodyweight, squat 2 x bodyweight, deadlift 2.5 x bodyweight. Don't be fooled, the idea that women like dad bods is a lie. No woman is going to seek out an average guy who is built like Seth Rogen, if they can get an average guy who's built like Michael B Jordan. Women really respond to a man in good shape. Now, this is assuming that you're not weird, and also have a good sen…

Chances are that you're in the friendzone and nothing is getting you out. So it doesn't really matter what you say. But given the circumstances, I'd probably say something like 'But someone like me wouldn't date someone like you'. Then, when pressed for the reason why, say something trivial to the effect of 'I just prefer brunettes, it's a personal preference' or whatever. Probably still wouldn't work, but what do you have to lose. Best case scenario it sparks interest, worst case scenario she i…

I did the exact opposite - learned a lot about star signs and palm reading even though I believe none of it, I openly tell women that I think it's all complete nonsense, and then drop some knowledge on them anyway. They never know what to think about that. But they're always intrigued

Three. Its the ideal balance IMO. Two people can absolutely work, but three is just a lot easier. But four dudes hanging out is too much - a chick and her friend don't wanna come hang with four random dudes.

Logistics is a big one. I have an apartment in the 'party district' of my city, and so asking a girl to walk 5 minutes to your place is such an easy sell compared to waiting 20 minutes just to get an Uber. Even easier when your apartment is nice, has a clean bathroom, nice bedroom, a few spare bottles of wine, mood lighting and chill music playing. The ability to read non-verbal communication as well as being able to at least somewhat understand things from a woman's perspective were probably th…

https://lookastic.com/men I discovered this earlier this year, it's such a useful website. It's not so much for imitating others fashion sense per se, I use it as a way of experimenting with different looks and combinations before actually making purchases. For example, I did this with a pair of charcoal chinos - seeing how they would pair up with things that I already have in my wardrobe, and also keeping an eye open for other things that I liked the look of that I could buy at a later stage. About 5 or 6 weeks ago I was flirting with a very petite but feisty Swedish girl at a cocktail bar, but her friends wanted to leave the bar not long after I met them, so they invited me back to their apartment to smoke a little bit of weed and go for dip in their pool. After chilling in the pool for a bit and drying off, we were all half naked just hanging out around their picnic table, drinking, smoking and listening to music. My little blonde cutie was wrapped up in a big fluffy towel standing…

I used to have this problem a lot, because I used to take the words that people say at face value. Which, in all honesty, makes conversations feel confusing and distant. What made things infinitely more interesting for me was the realisation that what people say and what people mean are often two different things - if a girl tells you that "spitters are quitters", she's not giving you her philosophical disposition on oral sex in the modern era. She's saying that because she wants to be viewed in…

A lot of hot girls that I know get 'approached' constantly but don't even realise it half the time, because they're so used to random people coming up to talk to them that it just seems normal to them. So I guess it depends on what you count as a true cold approach - does it have to clearly show romantic intent, or does a simple "hi" and smile count too?

This is only semi-related, but "Not giving a fuck" has been repeated so much on this sub that it's become cliche. Worried about rejection? Stop giving a fuck. Experiencing the deep dread of existential angst? Stop giving a fuck. Concerned about the salmonella on your undercooked chicken breast for dinner? Stop giving a fuck. It doesn't necessarily mean that "stop giving a fuck" is the wrong advice, but repeating anything ad nauseum makes it lose meaning.

Last year I got a kiss at midnight and and made out with 2 others over the course of the night, but didn't close because I was staying on a friend's couch for the night. This year, I am making sure that having bad logistics will not be a problem for me. For women, sex is much more of an emotional act than it is for men. So engage her emotionally, take the lead, and don't be afraid to just kinda fuck with her for a bit. Something like this usually works pretty good: "fuck me" [withdraw] "you don't tell me what to do. I'm the boss here, you'll get it when I say you deserve it. Now ask me again, nicely..." Here's one that had my phone blowing up that pretty much anybody can do - Wing Wednesday. At dozens of restaurant/bars around town here (which I'm sure is the case just about anywhere), they have "Wing Wednesday", where chicken wings are like 50c each or whatever. In my experience the easiest way to "get sexual" is through physical escalation - Pretty much any kind of touch that will turn her on. Whether it be pulling her hips closer to yours while you're standing, or putting your hand on her neck from behind so you can pull her chin up and kiss her over the top. There's no one best way start that sexual dialogue, you just gotta be conscious of the feeling between the two of you at that moment, and show her your attraction in a way that builds tension and…

Getting a salad from McDonald's is like getting a hug from a hooker. Either do something properly, or don't do it at all.

It sounds like a good idea, apart from the fact that you have to consume McDonald's yourself. I ain't eating that shit.

I've actually got twister bed sheets. Saw them online and thought that they were too dope not to get. And although chicks love the idea of them, I've never actually got around to having a game yet. I guess that we usually get too distracted with other things.

Porn, romantic comedies, and pretty much any story where boy meets girl have been ruined for me, because the interactions are so unrealistic that I can no longer suspend my disbelief. There's just no way that average guys will pick up girls out of their league with sub-par seduction. Don't insult my intelligence. Do you guys know of any good fictional examples of game?

Yeah, basic shit test was my initial reaction too. But is it really that simple? I mean, these are typically girls that have known me for a while, and actually seen drastic improvement. It seems more like genuine curiosity than a shit test to me. I dunno, I'm probably just over-thinking this.

Should you make any effort to conceal your skill/knowledge? I'm already pretty good at overcoming the "are you a player?" objection, but this is one step beyond that. Recently, I've had an increasing number of girls, who know exactly what I'm like with women, ask where I learned to seduce so effectively. And I'm always in two minds about the answer: Being straight up is usually my policy with anything, because weaving a web of lies usually just ends up making things difficult for yourself in the…

Wow, you're much nicer than me. I probably would have went back to the party, started making fun of the fact that this chick is clearly below my level, shot a bemused but silent look at the wives club, hi-fived the guys on the way out and disappeared into the darkness to the sound of a blaring guitar solo. But then again, all the wives/girlfriends that I know would never try this shit anyway. Sounds like you're the big fish in a small pond bro, working with a bunch of pussies.

Ha, I've done this loads of times, but never realised that it was an actual 'thing' people consciously planned. I hate shopping, but apparently chicks dig it if you ask them to come help you pick out a few shirts. Even grocery shopping can be a surprise hit, in my experience. This weekend actually, I'm taking a girl to Ikea, because I need a new set of drawers and maybe an outside table. Anything can be fun if you make it.

over the course of a few months, I taught my GF some pick up techniques, which she slowly got better at. It started with us looking at girls while we were out, then I started talking to girls, then we both were. Nothing really came of it, but it was fun. Then one night while she was out and I was sleeping, she walks into our bedroom with a cute as hell little brunette, and we proceeded to fuck for the next 6 hours. One of the best times of my life. TL;DR get her to pick up the other chick

I just broke up with my girlfriend of four years about a week ago. I've already been lifting for about a year, so I'm spending my new time improving my game. It's easy to feel bad bro, but dont be seduced by the easy road. Strive for improvement.

The racks at my gym are actually designed for deadlifts as well - they have fixed rails running along the bottom on each side that allow the Olympic bar to hover at just the perfect height to put plates on without them touching the ground. Similar to this. As long as you stand on a couple plates to offset the difference, it works out exactly the same.

I agree with everything, except deadlifting in the Squat rack. At the gyms that I go to, it's not only perfectly acceptable, but kinda expected in certain circumstances. In terms of diet, I have to recommend /r/leangains. It's definitely worked for me. Even if you don't do intermittent fasting, you'll still see some benefit.

I once told a chick that I had just met out at a bar a story about a girl who had also just met a guy one night, who instantly made an impression on her. The girl couldn't quite pin-point what it was, this guy just had a mysterious way about him that she just couldn't ignore. Then I asked this chick "you know when you first meet someone, and your attraction to them is so strong that it makes you feel physically different? your heart starts beating, you get a bit short of breath and you get that …
