257	HR depts are populated by women who show no mercy when it comes to the suffering endured by men. Here is the thing.... its a misconception that HR is there to help employees. On the contrary, HR exists for one purpose and one purpose only, that is to reduce the legal liability of a company. Your experience is in line with what the real purpose of HR is.
