Hey BecauseShame. Well, the only real way to learn is by doing it. You are going to get rejected at first and it will happen often. But this is a GOOD thing. Every time, it becomes just that much easier to do and each time it hurts you just that little bit less. But you need a starting point. Siv's main issue is surrounding both being able to chat and making sexual remarks. Both are easy enough to solve. Chat: Approach, approach, approach. Not even to get a kiss or a number or anything, but just…

Hey Siv. I know where you're coming from. Quick question: Have you ever had a sexual partner or sexual relationship before?

Sex on tap is amazing. I agree with you wholeheartedly. I was just offering a tip from my perspective and my experiences. I go with "don't shit where you eat" as my general rule when it comes to roommates. Obviously, if she is a cool chick and he is down with it and they both know that nothing bad will happen (ever), then that's cool. But from my experiences, having a falling out with a roommate that you are physically intimate with doesn't tend to end well.

There is nothing worse than talking to a girl and then going weak at the knees and fainting. Then you wake up secured to a metal table and E.T. is lighting up his finger ready to rape you again. Once you've had that happen to you, talking to women is suddenly easy. Edit: Fainting and feinting are two completely different things.

Do NOT sleep with her. It is not worth it. One day you might be tempted, but you have to walk away. Some other tips I would recommend are: Keep the house WELL stocked with toilet paper. Do not be slobby or messy in shared areas of the house. You might be able to get away with it in your room, but it's your funeral if it is a public or shared space. Make sure you both have an understanding with one another about bringing home potential lays/partners. Hopefully you can both figure out a method to …

He's done it before? Man, fuck him (not literally). Hard to get rid of someone out of your life if there is a family connection. Just make sure you keep your Seddit ways and him far apart.

How long have you known this guy for? And how close are you?

I concur about her being interested due to her accepting the date. That was a very good sign. But the problem here was his (possible) dickbag friend. I have to respectfully disagree with your point on talking to her and his friend, urbanknight4. Especially talking to her. I would recommend an IDGAF approach with her because really he shouldn't care. He will have countless more opportunities soon enough anyway. Talking with his friend could be beneficial if they are a close friend. But it has to …

You are right of course. I should have said "Always agree and amplify where possible". There are some times it just doesn't work obviously.

Your friend does not seem like a very good friend if he is trying to set you up with someone and then goes and sabotages it like that. Cut your losses and move on. If she is so easily convinced to do something like that, then she is not worth your time or energy.

Always agree and amplify. Never forget it.

+1 for steak. Just make sure you continue the conversation while you are cooking. Chicks dig multitasking men. I know some guys wouldn't, but cooking COULD be a good chance for some more kino especially if you know the girl is not good in the kitchen. Get her to help out and guide her hands to show her what you want her to do.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
