Depends on your age. Drive is there at 20, nothing to show for it? No problem. At 40? You had better have a damn good story behind it.

So if i can pull a girl just by kino, honestly it shouldn't be that hard. She pulled you. You get credit for not fucking it up, though.

bubbybopbop's post does reek of the white knight syndrome, but I don't think OP's game is great either. A couple of girls were willing to tolerate it -- that's the only conclusion we can draw here. I think we should just aim to create fun experiences, both for ourselves and for the people we go out with, and skip all that hand-wringing about who 'deserves respect'.

Just because you didn't get shut down right away doesn't mean that this was a good approach; it just means that there are girls out there who are sufficiently horny and / or insecure to tolerate it. This sub is great with its endless supply of anecdotes; but too often we forget that anecdotes don't make data.

There's no way i'm going to invite a girl around to "show her a bit of code i've been working on". If it has graphics, or if it generates a graph, you should be good. Show that to her and tell her how it works. Competence is sexy, regardless of what you do.

A wise man once said "All you need is love" If there's anything this subreddit has taught me, it's that love is rarely enough for a good life. People are attractive because of the their passions and skills; perhaps a little more so for guys, but I wouldn't find it attractive if a girl neglected her own desires because she has 'love'.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
