This is fantastic stuff. Much appreciated! However, one thing I'd like to ask: if the girl doesn't know said dance moves, would they still work? They seem to demand some sort of knowledge from both sides, and me trying to make a kicking move when the girl doesn't looks like it could end up disastrous.

A guy with honed fundamentals will always trump a guy with decent game That's strong. So another way to put it is that if you're trumped by disrupting guys, you need to work on your fundamentals.

Well in the scenario you're presenting you've already got the higher frame and the guy tries to pull you down - which also means that he's actually interacting with you and not the girl. If that's the case ignoring is all fine, but what if he's outgaming you? If he's the one who suddenly starts holding the girl's attention? That's where actually befriending the guy helps I think.
