Looks aren't everything, but they definitely matter. It's PUA marketing bullshit that says looks don't matter at all and you can get any girl you want, no matter how ugly you are. The truth is, things are a lot easier when you're good looking.

I don't want to be Mr Negative here, but what can this guy possible teach us? He looks like a model! There's even a video of him approaching a girl on the street and the first thing she says is "Are you a model?" So my question to him is this: Are you somehow under the delusion that what you say/do plays more than a minor role in your success?
