I think you just need to be honest with your new partner. Truth and trust are the foundations of a good relationship. You need to communicate your feelings. Just as you deserve the relationship you need right now, so does your partner. If you guys aren't on the same page, it's going to lead to more discord, so talking about it sooner rather than later is best.

I asked myself if this was the life I wanted to live for the rest of my life. For me it wasn't. The other thing I wish I'd known was that in some states, if you get a divorce before 2-3 years, there's no alimony payments.

To me, I see a pattern of her not being committed to you. I think that tells you that she's not doing her best to make the relationship work and it may be better for you both to be divorced.
