Social activity is very important. I go to play soccer once a week with some other guys. I'm pretty bad at it tbh (tho the other week God smiled on my right foot and made it good, scored 6), but it's the mixing in the cafe before the match which is good, a chat, a coffee and a good laugh. Helps a great deal and I lost 20 pounds in weight so far.

Can't work atm because of health problems so studying. I love to read and I read all day every day. Writing a bit too. I'm not an expert in anything but I know enough to know just how much I don't know about the subjects I've studied.
