its pretty common, it can still go away/lessen all bc your still in puberty. get your ass to a gym and do pushups and dips, dips will round out and even the bottom portion of your titties dumbell flys (machine) make sure your tithes are contracting don't go to nuts with lifting, you don't want to be all that short now
