Even in a casual way, science is highly involved. Some people go for evidence, others go for empathy. But, both are valid ways of convincing others of an opinion. Many people are raised the correct way; with no misogyny or misandry, or any unhealthy gender expectations. But, a lot of people aren't which contributes to domestic violence. We are rarely taught certain human behaviors directly. Its about the male figures that lead as some type of role model that display toxic traits.
