I think you might consider watching some Shawn Ryan Show podcasts. Men who have done incredible things as special operators in the military cry and break down while describing their friends and their experiences. They talk about how certain aspects of that life were incredibly damaging to them, their mental health, and their families. You really seem to have a skewed perspective on what it means to be a "man".
