Keep a workout log so I can monitor my progress in 3 months. (strength and visual). Made some new habit cards. Going to start Meditating for 45 minutes a day now (up from 30 minutes a day). Reading Books for 1hr. Finished The Book of Pook (was amazing, had lots of amazing quotes). Studying 5hr30m daily. This is …

I've read a lot of RP blogs like Thumotic and TRP handbook/sidebar which has a lot of self-improvement tips and how you should go about your life.

Worked out 6 days/week. Steak/eggs + juice diet. Read 30mins everyday. Finished TRP sidebar. Started no more Mr. Nice guy. Studied 4hrs/day for 4/7 days. Adjusted sleep schedule from 11-630. Diet will be mostly clean. Chicken/eggs/vegetable juices(D&P). And fruits. Carbs from oatmeal/bran…

Too much mental masturbation. If you believe you have to be rich to get hot girls then work hard and make whatever amount you want. Complaining isn't gonna solve your problems. Taking action will. If you believe you have to be a male-model then save up money to get your surgeries. Game is something that can be worked on and rejection is something everyone faces no matter how tall, good-looking, rich or even famous you are.
