I went to a psychiatrist yesterday and discussed my problems which led to an ADHD test and therapy appointment I also enrolled myself into an outpatient rehab which will pretty much take up most of my time since I already work 55-60 hours a week after 30 days I feel like I would of broken the habit of drinking every night so after rehab I'm going to occupy my time after work with AA meetings, join a fighting gym again, toastmasters then take the weekend to do things I enjoy

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
