The word you’re looking for is “rape”

It looks like she changed the minimum donation to $0.50. Seems like a small enough amount that it’s still worth it

Based on the above comments and upvotes, clearly everyone can tell this is fake / satire. Nonetheless, this is a group that likes to verify things.... you know, rather than simply believing. You, on the other hand, seem to believe what you want to believe.

What’s the Mike Pence rule?

The Nordic Model. Agreed, this is the worst possible outcome and is absurdly unfair.

I've never heard of anyone inheriting a degree in law or medicine. Money might buy an education, but it can't buy a passing score on the bar exam, or a successful residency.

Hopefully not, but would you be that surprised?

It's not a goal. Set boundaries, protect yourself, avoid commitments formal or otherwise, don't expend excessive energy and don't let it become who you are.

I didn't think she was perfect, certainly not even an "exception" to the rule. But to learn that she's just like the worse of them? I mean it's pretty disgusting behavior, and when you learn your mother is capable of it... yeah they all are.

Right, when she started giving the excuses, I literally had to tell her to shut up. Couldn't stand it. It's never their fault. That's what seems to be making things worse. You raise generations of women to be increasingly dependent and selfish, and that breeds more victim complex and irresponsibility.

Right. Generally speaking, they have the power and thus they set the rules. Following the rules affords no loyalty. Deviating from the rules is seen as justification for jumping to someone else.

That's along the lines of what I've been doing. I've been applying the commodities trainee programs at places like Bunge, for example. I am about to graduate with a M.S. in Agriculture and Applied Economics. Do you think it's too late to be applying to these programs? I've waited till now because I couldn't risk having my current employer find out too soon that I'm planning on leaving.

You mentioned working in commodities, and mentioned working with traders... I really want a job in commodities trading, and I'm on the job market now. Any industry specific advice?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
