what the fuck is this crap? there are so many reasons, the lack of competition among women is just one of them. preferrence of part-time preferrence of soft (and therefore low-paying) jobs (e.g. working with children) more likely to identify with family than with career lower variance in iq=> much less than 50% (<<) women in the smartest 10% of the population. so many reasons. comparing avg woman with avg man earnings is comparing horses with cars.
