3	How to keep yourself in the right mental zone everyday. Write one of these lists for yourself and read it often. Make yourself believe it. It works. I understand the whole "I have a SO guard." My issue stands with those who get pushy and start to ignore where the line stands. I'm by no means shy or self-conscious. I'll be the first to say "nice try," get a beer with you, and turn you towards better "targets." I just hate when I run into those who don't understand "no I'm not interested" or "leave me alone." Thank you for finally asserting that dudes should leave girls with boyfriends alone. When I was single that was my number one rule in the field, no girls with relationships whatsoever. If I ever encounter some "PUA" badgering my girlfriend I honestly hope I handle the situation well without escalating.
