I meant, there should be developed agreements that follow certain standards / patterns and must be accepted by courts. Overtime they can get more sophisticated and advanced.

Another thing to implement - a mandatory enforceable prenup agreement. It's weird that the government is allowed to fleece you at the end (as they want). But won't do anything / won't care until then.
