As ridiculous as it sounds pro wrestling is a great tool for learning body languages. At the core most of the wrestlers are playing a part. If you're actually fighting you've already lost, despite what the idiots around here may tell you. Use your height, body language/positioning and just general aura to control what's around you and you won't end up in that situation. Just practice natural cool/calm and there won't be an issue.
