Try reading Models by Mark Manson. It's been one of the most influential books in my life, not just from a seduction perspective, but mainly for overcoming my depression and gaining confidence. I know I haven't backed up why, but the book a read and I'm sure you'll find it phenomenal. I'm still implementing it, but so far it's helped a great deal with severe depression I've had for the past 5 years. I think that every sedditor could learn something from it.

Supplementing testosterone will only lower the amount your body naturally produces, so don't do so unless you're willing to spend a lot of money and destroy your natural hormone balance. Tim Ferriss used this protocol (from his book The 4 Hour Body) to triple his testosterone and boost his libido: PROTOCOL #1: LONG-TERM AND SUSTAINED Fermented cod liver oil + vitamin-rich butter fat—2 capsules upon waking and before bed Vitamin D3—3,000–5,000 IU upon waking and before bed (6,000–>10,000 IU per d…

Thanks for your insight guys. There are some discrepancies in what I wrote (e.g. she never explicitly said no, by sometimes reciprocating kino and sometimes not), but really it doesn't matter. The onus is on me for trusting her friend’s judgements of her actions/words, rather than my own. I’m torn as to what to do next, but my conscience is telling me to leave it, and I know it's what I have to do.

Thank you for this, I really needed to hear some of it. Being pretty novice at seduction I don't know how legitimate your advice is (it seems fantastic to me), but it's incredibly inspiring. Keep it up and again, thank you.

You talk about taking, about the language of "the game", stating it's the wrong way to approach. I get that and have actually found the opposite perspective to be common here on r/seduction. My question is: how would you go about giving? I'm trying to come to terms with my self-esteem and find it hard to give much, mainly because I find it hard to believe I have much to give. What ways and how do you contribute, create, share and give?

Practice whilst walking past random people at the street. Try and maintain contact until they break away. Be conscious of it every time you're talking with others. It's ok not to have constant eye contact, but force yourself to maintain it longer than usual. Build it up slowly and eventually you'll be comfortable with it. I'm still learning myself, and as with most things, practice is the only way to improve.

My question is how do I initiate kino without making it glaringly obvious to everyone else there? Say I'm at a party, I'm trying to escalate Kino with a girl; if I make any sort of move (from simple gestures to things like approaching from behind, touching her hips and kissing her neck) it will be pretty obvious to everyone there what I'm trying to achieve. Is it the case that I just shouldn't care what others think? In those situations, where I'm initiating the kino (just simple stuff) not know…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
