The stated reason isn't necessarily the real reason. Sounds like she felt useless with a lack of direction in their partnership. But this is something you're supposed to figure out during the dating phase.

He's 99% redpill schlock camouflaged in some psychiatrist babble. 1% is that video "Why most marriages fail you are not enough people". I hate how much I agree with that one. I'm also a Vonnegut reader. I just didn't notice the brilliance of that one passage.

That's the redpill lie. I'm a guy and I'm definitely wired for monogamy.

"I think Mark Manson speaks a lot about intentions too but it just seems weird and totally against my nature to go up to also someone and say "hey you're hot let's talk"..." You should give it a try. Maybe something like, "I thought you were attractive so I wanted to introduce myself". It takes some courage because it risks the interaction. You don't want to say your true intentions and you don't want to risk anything so you seem ambiguous, creepy.

Yes, recently I had one recommended, iirc it was Aaron Claney about how "Women just don't like men", his master theory of how men have a hard time getting da girls because girls just don't like men that much. I'm pretty sure that misogyny at this level qualifies as terrorism.

I don't know what to do with these guys. I see bald guys, short guys, fat guys, etc.... with women all the time. I know a guy who is fat, lazy, doesn't have a job, married to an oral surgeon wife who makes a lot. I don't know how much, but they just built a $11M commercial building.

Thank you for the well reasoned post. As a man well out of his 20s, I've gotten over the one night stand or sex on the first through third date thing. It was fun a couple of time when I was young, but...I grew up. That's the only way I can put it. When these redpill dorks talk about the subject, it's pure cringe for me. I'm thinking, are you guys stuck with a 15 year old's brain?

I don't get the action of calling him out because he didn't mention something. If you ask ten people if they want kids, they'll say yes or no, and I doubt any of them will give you a TED talk on how they also want to be a mother or father or an astronaut eventually. One of the big failings of the red pill people is how they generalize and assume everyone is a certain way. You might consider not making the same mistake.

I like most of your post but the can't negotiate desire thing they say is one thing I've never been able to find a problem with. How would you negotiate someone into wanting you? They either got the feeling or they don't.

I've never seen a redpill with a relationship that I'd want. They are all so hostile and dismissive to women. Relationships are like transactions. They are like the Milton Freedman of human relationships, which is exhausting.

Man here. I would be friends with more women if they didn't try to have sex with me. There are so many situations in life where a friendship is the best - coworker, wife of friend, little sister of friend, fat chick, etc.... but so far I haven't been able to pull it off.

"Mate guarding" maybe? I was a huge advocate of never stooping to that competition pettiness. Then one day this super hot girl joined our friend group. Her hobby was power lifting. Amazing ass, and smart too. She loved my dark sense of humor and we hit it off. I went with it. The looks of murderous jealousy in the eyes of the other dudes sold me on the idea almost as much as the despondent kms downcast stares from the dorky guys. I made out with her as much as I could whenever they could see. So…

What about the finding that going off birth control changes the sense of smell and can cause your partner to no longer be interested in you?

It's wrong because it's fake. You can get a girl by being a fake person but you can't keep the facade up forever. RP is the enemy of successful human relationships. Just be real.

I'm not sure where you're coming from; anger is certainly frowned upon unless it's some sort of soapbox rant. It makes you look unpredictable and frightens children.

I'd end things. The dude just isn't that bright. Agree with it or not, redpill stuff is like locker room guy talk. Who sends that stuff to a chick except some tone deaf, relational incompetent? He can't discuss issues in his own words, but instead has to send you Andrew Tate videos....I'm not even getting a sensible chuckle out of this. Even Rollo himself says things like "Girls just want to play the game, not talk about how the game is played". I'm NOT saying that is objectively true, but even …

You don't know much about her, so you're projecting an ideal onto her, and that's what you're in love with. You don't know her. You aren't in love with her. You're lonely, and your biology is messing with your head.

My advice is, don't worry about it. I occasionally get compliments from women and it always takes me by total surprise. Recently a woman told me that I had beautiful eyelashes. I have never heard that in my life. I jokingly replied that she had very straight teeth and we had a laugh.

It's the percentage that are successful to the 10 year marriage mark. 5 or more lifetime sexual partners, <30% make it to 10 years without divorcing.

Teachman, Heritage Foundation, something like that. There used to be a blog that had it easy to find but it appears to not show up anymore on search. This was one of the figures I recall: https://ifunny.co/picture/stable-marriage-rate-as-per-teachman-superimposed-on-heritage-study-qhvDpFCB8

You'll never be able to trust your girl if you believe she's going to go hypergamy on you and leave you for a richer dude. It's going to block the growth and closeness of the relationship.

Pretty good overview. "In 2022, he [Tate] was the eighth-most googled person in the world, according to Google Trends. (Ahead of Donald Trump, but behind Vladimir Putin.) " Possibly due to his Hustlers University tampering.
